Our Management
The Holding Management is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy and overall success of the Group and feels responsible for and obligated to togetherness within the group on the basis of the corporate principles.
The main tasks of the Holding Management are:
optimizing the portfolio (corporate development)
financial management
personnel management (human resources development)
Structuring and implementing the service tasks of the Algemma Group.
Communication.
Advisory Board
The Holding Management reports regularly to the company advisory board on all aspects of planning and business development, as well as on all business risks and risk management. It also discusses and agrees on the strategic orientation of the Group with the advisory board. The advisory board of AlKemma group advises and monitors AlKemma Group management in the running of the enterprise.
